I missed you PeppiPatty, I am happy you are back. I think its a gr8 idea to make a list of -To Do- with my body being overloaded with chronic pain, & my emotions/moods, up & down like a Yo Yo, most days.
I have been very forgetfull, a list will be very helpful for me, even if I can't get all done, who knows? Thank you for the idea,
& thank you for Tagging me.
I hope Medical science will find a cure for sleep Apnea soon, as so many people, have it now. I thought I had it recently, as I sleep with my mouth open ever night. If I don't have a, nite-mare, I just get a sore throat. I think my problem is my broken nose, plus traumatic memories from my past, time will tell.

Hello Checking inerers!
Its funny how there can be up&down sides to most things.
Yeah plans ... for clarity and reminding .... to ... Oh NO I have to do ...
Funny also how I am not good at checking in the mirror ... which might be scary for others ... better try more ... so hard for me to work out the differences between vanity and basic self care ...
A good thing about having performances regularly as it it would mean I had a responsibility to check that mirror.

But I needed to care for me and I haven't done a good job. I've noticed that it's easy not to do self-care when Little Buddha isn't well which is a lot of the time......It is also easy for me to yell on the rooftops.....I'm self-caring, I'm back at university to study but it really isn't self-care. It's doing self-care for care but not real self-care for me.
I went on my first going away on a plane ride to another state, I went to Sydney and Adelaide and I realised that I wouldnt swap my life for anything.

Was singing Nederpop yesterday. Light hearted Dutch contemporary music. I still dont really have a set up for listening. My CDs unused, but getting there. Listening to music on computer is usually studying it.
