Great work @Froggyhops on your colouring! You always make me so happy when I check in and see your bright, beautiful and amazing pictures! You’re very talented and I really appreciate the hard work you put into each picture- well done!

Below is the mandala coaster I completed last week from the reject shop - only took a few hours to do. I’m still working on my diamond art cat canvas I started back in late March from Kmart - half way through and still

going but I’m taking my time on it and enjoying the process. I’m so glad I tried diamond art painting at my PARCS stay back in February/March as it’s now an enjoyable new hobby and I find it to be relaxing and meditative at times, often just working on the project with no music playing in the background and only nature for noise. I like setting small goals for my project at the time such as completing certain sections of colours or having a time limit set so I can get other things done. I also like that the hobby is inexpensive yet has so many different designs available to do - hello online shopping!

As for other creative projects, I’m still working on my knitted patchwork blanket with 24 out of 25 squares completed so far with the last square being hopefully finished later today. I’ve then got to knit 4 border strips and sew it up to finish the blanket. This will be my 3rd blanket of this design with the aim to complete a 4th patchwork blanket to sew up and make 1 large blanket for my bed. I’m also thinking about doing a 5th blanket as a baby blanket for a charity I knit for. This will add to my other knitting projects of doing 20 beanies for my old uni as part of a well-being initiative project they’ve started to hand out to students when the next uni semester starts in mid July with 6 beanies finished so far. Oh, and I’m still working on the last sleeve of my jumper that’s been on the go since April - I’ll get it finished eventually! At least with Melbourne being cold, my knitting will come in handy!
