Really happy to hear this , I wish they were all like that for you.

From being under the doona to cooking breakfast, taking kids to kinder, hanging out the washing and taking meds, that's really good, @Eve7 , I'm impressed.

Good luck with the other things on your list...

Re: Daily goals, motivation and check in

@NatureLover @Shaz51 @Eve7 so good to hear from you

We are all making progress today and that's worth a lot!

I have achieved my morning goals. Feels like walking through treacle but I got there.

Now to this afternoon:

  • yoga - movement is helping my anxiety
  • start preparing dinner - so I can get an early night
  • washing in - maybe iron a few things
  • work on notes for NDIS - as a carer, first time, so hard

Will check in later

Go well people, whatever you get up to.

Re: Daily goals, motivation and check in

Well done on achieving all of your morning goals, @frog !

And you have a big afternoon list as well...good luck!

Re: Daily goals, motivation and check in

Well done @frog I have done everything except beds (but mine is made) and washing is still on the line however I have folded all the clothes that were on the couch.

Now: I am done...you win but I'll be back.

Re: Daily goals, motivation and check in

I'm about half way through my pm list and starting to feel a bit tense about how much to push on v early night/rest. There is probably no right answer but my decision making capacity is very low currently. Thanks for your support today @Eve7 @NatureLover @Shaz51 @Maggie @Adge

Re: Daily goals, motivation and check in

Good luck making your decision, @frog ...and well done on what you have already achieved today...it's more than I could have achieved.

Re: Daily goals, motivation and check in

Well done @frog. Reading here earlier helped me do my physio, as far as the rest goes, there’s always tomorrow.

Well done. I hope you can rest tonight.

Re: Daily goals, motivation and check in

oh tagging people just confuses me! So I will just write.

A heavy, busy day today. But most essential chore done with the help of a support worker.

I should have a good night as found out today the support is being increase x4 hours week.

Also some possitivity for a change regarding getting NDIS support. Some reports in done in "NDIS speak" and advisement this is likely to get acceptance. The advice is also to do no more toward NDIS and avoid the trauma of it for now.

My challenge now is to get rubish and recycling out and roadside, so I am making myself accountable to get it done here. Promise to myself - no Netflix until it is done even though doing it will hurt.

Best wishes all in your journeys, hugs

Definitely wishing you a lot of luck with the flat bread-making with your son!
