@TAB hey tabby,  sounds positive re  your day. Take care.

Re: Daily Achievements!

hmm, well , positive for not really doing anything, but those are the most important days, the ones you dont go too far backwards , so can build on it on better days, should have more energy tomorrow 😎 @Meowmy

Re: Daily Achievements!

Today I

1. made my bed

2. showered and washed my hair

3. brekky with friends

4. said goodbye to my niece who spent 4 nights with me

5. cycled for a while

6. cleaned bathroom

7. I didn’t go to work 😢

Re: Daily Achievements!

That’s a lot @Eve7  when even getting out of bed can feel like a mountain of a task

💕

Re: Daily Achievements!

It’s usually my bladder that gets me out of bed @Bow

hope today is better for you 💙🦋💙

Re: Daily Achievements!

I'm really struggling with getting out of bed these past few days, so that's my major achievement for today.

Also:
- took meds
- got dressed
- brushed my hair outside
- ate and drank something
- checked in with the forum

That's it for today; not much but better than nothing.

Take care Forumites,

RedHorse 🌹🐴

Well done @RedHorse

Re: Daily Achievements!

Good evening @RedHorse @Eve7 @TAB @Bow @Meowmy @Shaz51 @MDT @tyme @Former-Member @Daisydreamer @Dimity @pinklollipop15 @cloudcore and all forumites here. Well done on your wonderful achievements everyone! Even celebrating getting out of bed is a massive achievement as well as the simple fact you actually woke up to face the day ahead and I’m so proud of every person here for doing just that so well done 👍🏻!

Today has been a positive day for me which has resulted in several noteworthy achievements:

- Had a wonderful session tonight with my psychologist

- Learnt that I’m not crazy or dangerous as I thought I was last night when experiencing a psychotic episode thanks to my psychologist telling me this tonight

- Did an 11 minute Smiling Mind meditation session and felt really relaxed yet happy afterwards

- Read a chapter of a book titled Rachel’s Holiday and was able to keep my focus on it. I’ve set myself a challenge to read the book within the next month so I’ll have something to report back to my psychologist as a way of relaxing and unwinding

- Spoke to my Tafe counsellor today

- Listened to my body and chose to take it easy today after feeling worn out after last night’s psychosis episode

- Worked on knitting more of a baby jumper and was able to get up to a new section of it in different coloured yarn

Overall, I’m pretty happy with how today has gone for me!
