Hi @outlander
I saw the pic you posted me yesterday and the one you did of the Lake at Lakes Entrance - but not to a thread on pics - if that's what you sent - I might have just missed it - there are so many posts I can't read them all - I try - but I like to keep in touch with people

It's done - I have reported the Woman of Epic Laziness on Friday to my Case Worker and she will deal with this -
Wow - that was exhausting - I thought I would be able to handle that without getting myself worked up - and I guess I did - but I feel exhausted now and need a bite to eat and get ready to see my GP this afternoon
I think I slept too long last night - it took me a long time and three Sudoku puzzles to be able to get up - and then I had my coffee
It is really helpful to rant - but now I have to do some chores here and cut up my vegies for dinner and get out to the doctor
Btw _ I dropped my soap on the floor of the shower last night - turned the shower off and picked it up - then dropped my face washer - and after turning the shower on twice and it can be tricky - I decided half a shower was enough so I had better do that before I go out - feel as if my dust-mites are having a party today
Back later

Fabulous effort @Owlunar @outlander @Shaz51
It does take a lot out of you; important for you that you followed through. Although draining, better out than in and also you can feel proud of yourself knowing that you have stopped someone else experiencing such lack of care.
shower, half done is fine. The world will cope laugh.
remember to pace yourself, what gets done gets done, more important your care.
a little treat for yourself in honour of your achievement today???
enjoy if you do follow through with treat xxxx
of course we all want to know
