Thanks for updating us @Shaz51 . I'm glad your kidney is stable, that's good news.
I understand gout is very painful... on top of everything else. I wish I could say more than that I hope through testing you can get help, and that they're able to offer other ways of dealing with the pain. I'm so glad you're not still battling with work.
Did you have axworthwhile excursion to Bunnings?

So glad we are not working, finally got over the flu
Yesterday was a big day but was good learning about different dialysis machines and hoping I don't need it for a while yet
Had to park a long way from the hospital so I got my exercise done
Shopping was good
Had chicken and salad for lunch
And brought 2 premade cooked Chinese meals to take home for dinner

Well, good news about the kidney I guess @Shaz51
Here's hoping everything else starts cooperating!

Hey @Shaz51 ,
I'm glad things are relatively stable.
Does the doc have any suggestions to make in terms of managing your osteo-conditions? Do injections help?
I'm no doc so I'd have no idea. I just remember that I got an injection in my foot because of my arthritis.

@Shaz51 Gee my friend, I have no advice for you.
My daughter looked at my swollen finger joints today and asked “Is there nothing you can do for it?”
I said “No. It’s my immune system attacking my finger joints. That’s why I sauna.”
”Welcome to old age.”

Oh @Shaz51 , shazy my friend, I'm so sorry to hear about your liver.
Can the specialist recommend anything else for pain management? I hear glucosamine can be good for osteoarthritis. My mum has osteoarthritis and it has helped her. She also has osteoporosis and has to have an injection every 6 months.
What about a herbal medicine?
Hoping you can get some answers my lovely friend. Thinking of you ❤️

Natural ginger and turmeric tabs help with inflammation @Shaz51 . Such good news about your kidneys.
