You will find the quote function represented by the graphic " , which is the "inverted commas" symbol in the legend above 😊 emoticons, toward the right hand side. {Two eyes with hooks below them} You may need to expand the legend by clicking on the three dots ... symbol first. {Using a computer, not a phone}
