Thanks for your support @Former-Member @TAB @Owlunar I have a little more belief that it may be possible with the backing of the AP and Principal but will have to wait and see. It is so nice that everyone there wants me to stay - it continues to build my own self-confidence as well as my passion for the job ...having such a wonderful staff to work with makes each day at work so much better 
oh dear @Faith-and-Hope that sounds so difficult and complicated. I find it exhausting to support anyone irl with MI so I don't know how you find the strength to do it. my brother is recovering from psychosis but is very frustrating as he is dragging his feet re getting MI supports in place so he is less isolated & less likely to have another crisis. My nephew has depression and i tried to help him but he shut me out so that is very frustrating too, I'm anxious for him to get treatment as a young person so he doesn't become an adult like me with permanent & debilitating mi struggles. I hope today is one with some happiness in it for you
