I have put my second load of washing on @Maggie - I still need to put away the dishes I washed last night lol (at least they should be dry )
My main aim is to clean up enough to be able to vacuum today - there is more hair on the floor than on Cat right at this moment

I like having a tidy house @Maggie - it is a bit hard with so much of my school stuff stored here atm - there are things piled up everywhere - but if I find the kitchen and loungeroom are clean and tidy then I feel a lot better too. That is my aim today - to tidy those two rooms because tomorrow is going to be a very long day with DBT and appointments.

Hi @Zoe7 @Snowie @Maggie @BlueBay @frog
Sorry ... dropped out to meet up with special person no.1 .... a person who has walked through much of our life turmoil with me ..... she’s a great listener.
I have roses jammies ..... surprise 🎉
I have a stress reaction to cleaning up because my home has ended up flooded and trashed repeatedly from moves and renovations and repairs ..... and I have had to sort it back out from a state where it looks like a cyclone has been through, with special things broken, damaged, lost ..... and here it all is again. This time everyone has committed to helping. In the past it was just me. I will pay a cleaner sometimes now to clean through a jumbled cupboard that I can’t face ..... I have a psychosomatic reaction where I feel physically ill, but I can deal with the odd displaced item/s once overall order has been restored to the cupboard. I have found a way forward.

So glad you have someone that you can talk to that has walked this journey the whole way with you Hon
@Faith-and-Hope no surprise you have roses jammies lol
I can understand your reaction to cleaning - when I am at work I always felt like I was cleaning - either there or at home - home certainly always came last the kids were always really good at cleaning most things but there were some things that I wouldn't let them touch. I used to love the enthusiam they had for cleaning at the endof the day though - our class would make the most mess but leave very little for the cleaners to do - the kids all had their jobs and knew they could only make a mess if they cleaned it up themselves afterwards - then if it was done quickly they could have an end of day game...you would be surprised at the amount of times they didn't have a game lol
