Chronic pain management books?
Hi all, I'm reading Manage Your Pain by the USyd Pain Management and Research Centre at the Royal North Shore Hospital team, and I'm kinda frustrated by how many words they spend promoting themselves. Also, the edition that I've got is kinda old (2011).
Does anyone know of any really good and practical chronic pain management books?

Re: Chronic pain management books?
Hey @Gwynn! I know you posted a while ago, but I only just found your post!
I found the Rachel Zoffness book AMAZING. I worked through it a little while ago, but doing a refresh at the moment. https://www.zoffness.com/books
Her website also has a bunch of really useful, free resources ❤️
Is this the kind of thing you were looking for?
