Inside and out slowly.. practice this.. try it for 10 minutes

How many times a day do I have to do breathing exercises?
If I feel tired during the day, should I have a sleep or fight to stay awake. My condition is extreme anxiety. I've been out today, home, now tired. I go out every day. Thanks.
