@JungleGiants those are great self-care practices! I personally love journaling and going for walks as well to release pent up emotional and physical energy after conflict

I have to go now. Thanks, @cloudcore , @Former-Member , @Daisydreamer & everyone for an interesting forum. I've been beset with distractions and haven't had time to read all the posts yet, TBH. But I'll come back when time allows and read through the whole thread!

@chibam It sounds like there's a lot of judgement around you wanting to leave and end your life and thinking you're not allowed to because of other people. I can imagine there are strong feelings of helplessness and hopelessness that come up for you when this happens and that you may feel quite alone. I want to encourage you to contact the Suicide Call Back Service and speak with one of the counsellors. They are equipped to have this conversation with you, unpack it more in a non-judgemental space. I believe that you would be able to receive more focused support with the SCBS compared to the forums. In saying that, please continue to engage in the forums and obtain peer support from the SANE community.

Goodnight everyone and take care! Our next Topic Tuesday will be on the 14th of September, more information will be out on that soon
