@TideisTurning wow that's a really big learning.
@frog self care has been so important this year for maintaining wellbeing

I feel you @BlueBay. It's so hard to hold on and keep searching for the light when you feel like the waves keep dunking you under again just as you start to catch your breath, or even before you manage that! Light will come through eventually though.

We're all still sitting with so much uncertainty aren't we @BlueBay. I know for myself all I can try to do is build up my skills for coping with it. I really hear you though 🌺

This year I learnt that my family, partner and friends are the most important thing for my wellbeing, and even when there is so much I can’t do and can’t control in the world, being fully present in my relationships was one thing I could control. It’s strengthened my relationships.
Also, I learnt the importance of boundaries, and that it was okay to say no when I needed to rest and recoup

My biggest lessons that I've learnt are
- Don't take freedom for granted
- I can be happy spending time at home and I really enjoy it
- Online uni study has been a lifesaver for me as I've been able to focus on things other than the virus
- learn to say stop and tell people you don't want to hear about the virus if it is getting too much. I had someone who was obsessed with the daily premiers conference and it really got to me in the end. I had to tell them that it was too much and to change topics in a respectful way.

Do whatever feels right for you @BlueBay. I know it's been really tough & it's probably overwhelming bringing it all back up now right?
