Oh wow @Judi9877! From what I've seen, I feel like that'd be a wonderful fit for you. Anyone would be lucky to have you as their case manager ðŸ˜Š

I'm really grateful that because of COVID people feel more comfortable saying when they are not feeling okay. I think some of the stigma around struggling has decreased because of our collective challenges. Hopefully it stays like this ðŸ¤ž

Also hooray for an extra 10 Medicare subsidised sessions with a mental health professional each year! This was so needed before COVID ever happened, but all the same it’s fantastic to have it now.

So so true! This year has seen a light shone on mental health which is reducing the stigma. I am hearing more and more people having really open conversations about their mental health, and the things they do to take steps in their recovery such as seeking professional help

Mainly memes @Former-Member but some funny videos, and also uplifting ones too - some of the community music from tower blocks/appartments and so on.

Oh yes @Judi9877 Dr Brett!

I'm grateful for having somewhere to stay that is safe and for the moratorium on evictions until March next year. I'm also treasuring my freedoms to move although I'm still scared and anxious that they could be revoked at any minute. I'm grateful for the people around me in my real life and here online because sometimes, here is the only place I can tell the real truth about things. Also, writing has helped with me getting back into it a few weeks ago.

The mental health sector will be so lucky to have you @Judi9877💙

@Judi9877 and @TideisTurning I can relate to really valuing the good relationships in my life perhaps more than I ever have because of this year.

Looking back on this year I am feeling so grateful for the people in my life, and for access to mental health services. They both helped me get through this year, and I know that I have a support network to fall back on if I need it 😊

Right with you on that one @Judi9877!! I feel like in some ways, it's been one of those things where when it's gone or changed for a little while, I've cherised a whole lot more when I've been able to start having in person catch ups again!

I'm grateful for the extra Medicare funded psych sessions too. That arrived when I really needed it.

Also, I definitely feel closer to some of my friends, maybe because of shared adversity and the need to lean on each other.

I'm grateful that my daughter, her partner and so many others got the income support when they lost their jobs.

And I'm so so grateful for stable housing.
